 WARNING - Google Adwords Can Lead to Bankruptcy

I started out with Overture (now Yahoo Search), Findwhat (now Miva), and when Google Adwords came out I used it exclusively. Fast forward to 2007, now everyone is using Google Adwords as their main source of traffic generation. This is not good because the costs of keywords are way too high now.

To pay over $1.00 for a visitor who may or my not purchase what you have to offer, or subscribe to your list is too much of a gamble. There are numerous ebooks courses that you can find that will teach you all kinds of so called “secrets” to winning at the ppc marketing game; but who has time for games? I don’t! I want guaranteed results!

Sure I bought all kind of pay-per-click courses, studied them, and followed them step by step; but I still paid more money than I was making. I know all about Day Killer and I have several other ebooks about Adwords, but I new there had to be another way to get targeted traffic to my sites without going broke.

Everyone is so obsessed and focused on Google Adwords to the point where most internet marketing Gurus are capitalizing on that fact by using other “secret” traffic generation techniques that are not only cheaper, but more effective. Do you know what they are? You probably don’t because most marketers will teach you about traffic generating techniques that are less effective (for fear of competition), or they will focus attention on teaching you about Google Adwords.

Next time that you purchase another Google Adwords mastery ebook, think about how you heard about the ebook in the first place. For example, I heard about Day Job Killer before it was launched and I did not hear about it by seeing an ad on Google. You see the creators of DJK as well as the other Adwords related ebook creators promoted their ebooks other very effective and inexpensive traffic generation methods. If you look very closely, you will notice that it’s their affiliates that are promoting their ebooks by using Google Adwords.

If you are an affiliate, it would be hard for you to make hundreds of sales due to the fact that your competition (other affiliates) is promoting the same product that you are promoting the same exact way – through Google Adwords. If you an affiliate, you should stay away from Google Adwords right now, because that traffic generation strategy is way too saturated with your competition, and it is way too expensive. Believe me when I tell you that there is a better way.

The key to marketing your business or product online is to do what the Gurus are doing, not what they are saying. This is very important.
